Orders received by 3:00 PM EST will be processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be shipped on the next business day.

During high-volume periods, such as the holiday season, shipping may take 5–7 business days.

Local Pickup
At this time, local pickup is not available. All orders placed with The Képt Collection are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.

In the event of a significant delay, customers will be notified via email with updated information regarding their order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our return and exchange policy is designed to offer you peace of mind while shopping with The Képt Collection. We believe a clear and straightforward process helps build trust and confidence in your experience with us.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on unused and unopened items only. To be eligible, customers must contact us within three (3) business days of the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
All final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Any items marked as final sale will be clearly noted in the product description.
We are committed to providing a smooth and respectful process for all return and exchange requests. While we carefully review product samples prior to offering items for sale, we are not responsible for manufacturer defects that may occur in non-sample inventory. Any eligible issues will be addressed in accordance with this policy.
